nature walk down the zigzag trail to the candle area and baths!
* Group excursion and tickets on the 45 minute “Little Tourist Train” ride getting to know the town!
* Group excursion and tickets to the top of the Pic du Jer on the funicular
* Group excursion on the "Walking in the Footsteps" trail, tickets to Lourdes Castle,
and the incredible covered market of Lourdes!...

This will take place in our meeting room with hot beverages and snacks!
* Group guided healing meditation in a beautiful Chapel
in the Rosary Basilica on Thursday!
*Group excursion by taxi to Bartres where we'll be
visiting the Sheepfold where Bernadette used to tend the sheep and
walking back to Lourdes on the same trail Bernadette would walk.
*Spectacular scenic ride through the heart of the Pyrenees Mountains on our way to
Gavernie! - where we'll walk along the river once we're there!
*The water way and water taps are open all day! You can go as many times as you like!
*Assistance on Fri night with coordinating taxi’s to the train station/airport

*You can choose a mountain, castle or sanctuary view ....the first two are the better ones, as you'll only see the lower half of the pathway where the processions go down with the sanctuary view...
BREAKFAST AND DINNER
* A continental buffet breakfast is included: hot drinks, fruit juice, pastries, breads, cereals, jam,
chocolate paste, fruits, cheese, ham
However, for an extra 5.50 euros a day you can upgrade to the American hot breakfast, which has rice or beans, bacon or sausages, scrambled eggs...just let them know when you contact them.
*If you have any special dietary requests, please make sure you let them know!...such as any food intolerances, if you are a vegetarian, etc....and they will be happy to make special meals for you!
HOTEL PAYMENT PLAN
They work in euros in France,
so the single occupancy rate will be 498.50 euros (about $553.00 for North Americans )
And 323.50 euros ($359.00) each for double occupancy.

Now, the euro fluctuates daily/weekly, so just go to this website:
as you’ll want to check the euro/dollar exchange rate
to find a good day when it is a lower rate!
*If you would like to arrive earlier because of plane schedules, or stay later
to explore more of the area, just let them know when you register,
and you will be given our special group rate!
*The hotel's payment plan is as follows:
- The remaining balance is due 10 days before your arrival -A deposit of 30% of the entire amount of your stay is due 60 days before
your arrival.
- Hotel cancellation policy: 30% is refunded if your cancellation takes place 30 days
before your arrival.
* Make sure you ask for a receipt!!...French customs requires all Americans to
present a simple hotel receipt if asked upon arriving in France ...so once
a deposit of (100.00€) is made to the hotel,
or you leave your credit card information with the hotel, then their policy
is to send a receipt.
4) You can pay the remaining balance in full any time to Karin or make the final 2 payments by these dates: $395.00 by April 1 and $200.00 by May 1
